“We have met the concerned ministries in the Central Government including the Finance Minister Arun Jaitley. Recently we have also met 19 finance ministers of different states. All of them are convinced and have assured to come up with a solution over various issues like the HSN code and movement of goods under GST. If a multi-storey store, say in Kerala, supplies goods to a different state then under GST regime without sale he has to pay the tax upfront.
