This year, sales during Akshaya Tritiya were really above our
expectations and we are really happy with the response. Nearly 30 per
cent increase in sales was recorded, especially in gold jewellery. Even
the diamond section witnessed healthy sales. Lower gold price has played
a prime factor, pushing the customers for their purchases.
